We meet five times in Holland. In addition, we will join an international gathering of more than 150 students for a week of living community and intense practice at Le Martinet, France, the home of the International Kundalini Yoga School Amrit Nam Sarovar.

The program is designed to give you the knowledge, tools and experience to be a teacher for yourself and others. All teachers are IKYTA/KRI certified with many years of yoga practice and teaching experience. The lead trainer, Karta Singh, is an internationally renowned Kundalini yoga teacher. The Kundalini Yoga Institute (KRI) recently honored him with the Outstanding Service Award for more than 30 years of contributions to the teachings of Yogi Bhajan.

The Amrit Nam Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is certified through the International Yoga Teachers Association. It bears the Kundalini Yoga Research Institute Seal of Approval and is part of the 3HO community.
