The training follows the general guidelines of the International Kundalini Yoga level 1 training, and is certified through the Kundalini Yoga Research Institute (KRI). As a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher you will be trained according to the sacred tradition passed on by Yogi Bhajan to carry the legacy of Kundalini Yoga into the future.
Certification Requirements:
- attend all classes
- complete regular homework assignments
- complete 40 day yoga sets and meditations to develop your own practice
- attend a White Tantric yoga course
- pass final written take home exam
